GPR Awards
Each state is invited to nominate one individual or group to receive
a NASP GPR "Special Friend of Children" Award and nominate
a current NASP member to receive a Certificate of Appreciation.
Here are the forms you need to submit nominations for the Special Friend
of Children and Certificate of Appreciation awards. Please note:
These forms are in PDF format - you will need the most recent version
of Adobe Acrobat Reader to open them. If you do not have this free plug-in
or need to upgrade your version, please go to the Adobe
website to download it.
Also - you can complete the nomination forms on your computer
and print them, already filled out. Simply click where you would normally
start writing the nominee's name, and then type! You can tab from field
to field on the page. To indicate whether the nominee is attending Convention,
click in the field of your response, and a check mark will appear. Questions?
